iHave Terms of Service
Last updated: September 1, 2026 · Effective: September 1, 2026
Welcome to iHave. Please read these terms carefully before purchasing or using the Service.
Terms that materially affect your rights—including automatic renewal, limitations of liability, and dispute resolution—are emphasized in bold. By downloading, installing, purchasing, or using the Service, you confirm that you have read and accepted these terms.
1. Scope of these terms
These terms are an agreement between you and 上海(感悦)科技有限公司 (Shanghai SenseSpark Technology Co., Ltd.) (operator of the iHave app, “we,” “us,” or “our”) concerning your download, installation, purchase, and use of the iHave mobile app, website, and related services (together, the “Service”). Our registered address is Room 118, Building 20, Nos. 1–42, Lane 83, Hongxiang North Road, Lin-gang Special Area, China (Shanghai) Pilot Free Trade Zone, China.
The iHave Privacy Policy and any feature, membership, or promotion rules we lawfully publish form part of these terms. Where third-party platform rules also apply, you must follow them as well.
2. The Service
iHave provides holdings records, daily ownership-cost calculations, wishlists, trend insights, media stories, categories and tags, and premium membership features. Features depend on the version you use and may vary with product plans, device capabilities, and region.
Any cost, residual-value, trend, target, or other calculation is for personal record-keeping and reference only. It is not financial, investment, valuation, tax, or purchasing advice, and does not guarantee an item’s actual market value or future return.
3. Local data and device security
- iHave does not provide an account or cross-device sync. Item, wish, and media records remain on the current device.
- Keep your device secure and use full-device backup features where appropriate. Deleting records, uninstalling the app, or device failure may make data unrecoverable.
- You must have the legal capacity required by applicable law. Minors may use and purchase only with guardian consent and guidance.
4. Acceptable use
You may use the Service for personal, non-commercial purposes. You must not:
- Upload, create, or distribute unlawful, infringing, false, harassing, malicious, or harmful content.
- Disrupt the Service, bypass safeguards, scrape, reverse engineer, automate attacks, or gain unauthorized access.
- Use the Service to infringe intellectual property, privacy, publicity, or other lawful rights.
- Resell, rent, copy, or otherwise commercially exploit the Service without authorization.
- Engage in conduct prohibited by law, regulators, or platform rules.
If you breach these rules, we may issue warnings, restrict features, suspend or terminate service, preserve necessary records, and report conduct as permitted by law.
5. User content and intellectual property
You retain rights you lawfully hold in item records, images, audio, notes, and other content you create. You are responsible for having the rights needed to add and use that content.
The app processes item, wish, and media records locally. Your use of the app does not grant us a license to use that content for advertising, external sale, or unrelated purposes.
Intellectual-property rights in the Service’s software, interface, design, text, graphics, marks, technology, and other materials supplied by us or their owners remain with the relevant owner. You may not use them without written permission.
6. Membership, purchases, and automatic renewal
iHave may offer recurring subscriptions and one-time purchases. Product names, periods, benefits, trials (if any), and current prices are those shown at checkout and in the App Store or Google Play confirmation screen.
- Purchase and billing: when you confirm a purchase, payment is charged to your Apple ID or Google Play account.
- App Store automatic renewal: weekly, annual, and other recurring subscriptions renew automatically unless you turn off automatic renewal at least 24 hours before the current period ends. Your Apple ID account is charged the then-displayed renewal price within 24 hours before the period ends.
- Google Play automatic renewal: subscriptions renew according to the period and billing schedule shown by Google Play unless you turn off automatic renewal before the next billing period.
- Managing and cancelling: uninstalling the app does not cancel a subscription. Manage it in Apple ID “Subscriptions” or Google Play “Payments & subscriptions.” Cancellation takes effect after the current paid period ends.
- Free trials: if a trial is offered, it converts to a paid subscription at the displayed price when the trial ends. Any unused trial period may be forfeited when a subscription is purchased.
- One-time purchase: a lifetime membership is a one-time purchase with benefits described at checkout; it does not make every future standalone product or third-party service free.
- Restore purchases: use “Restore Purchases” in the app to attempt to restore eligible benefits under the same platform account.
- Refunds: Apple, Google, or the relevant platform handles payments and refunds under its rules and applicable law. We cannot directly approve store refunds and do not keep complete payment-card details.
We will give notice as required before changing future subscription prices or benefits; changes generally apply from a later billing period. Benefits already active for a paid period are unaffected unless law or platform rules provide otherwise.
7. Changes, interruption, and termination
We work to keep the Service reliable, but maintenance, upgrades, networks, device compatibility, third-party platforms, force majeure, or legal requirements may require us to suspend or change features. We will give reasonable advance notice of material changes when practicable.
You may stop using the Service, delete local records, or uninstall the app. Uninstalling does not cancel a store-managed subscription; manage any active subscription in App Store or Google Play first.
8. Disclaimers and limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by law, the Service is provided “as is.” We make no express or implied guarantee about calculation results, third-party market prices, data changes caused by a device or operating system, network interruptions, or decisions you make using reference information.
We are not liable beyond what law permits for loss caused by force majeure, telecommunications failure, third-party platform failure, user error, or unauthorized third parties. Nothing here excludes liability for personal injury caused intentionally or by gross negligence, consumer rights that cannot be waived, or other liability the law does not allow us to limit.
9. Personal information
We handle personal information under the iHave Privacy Policy. Please read it fully before using the Service. If you do not agree to necessary processing, features that require permissions or app-store network services may be unavailable.
10. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms when laws, the Service, or our business model changes. We will give prominent notice of material changes in the app, on the website, or by other appropriate means. If you disagree, you may stop using the Service. Continued use after the effective date means acceptance, except where separate consent is legally required.
11. Governing law and disputes
These terms are governed by the laws of mainland People’s Republic of China, without affecting mandatory consumer rights under the law of your habitual residence. The parties should first try to resolve disputes amicably; if that fails, either party may bring a claim before a court with lawful jurisdiction.
