iHave Privacy Policy
Last updated: August 23, 2026 · Effective: August 23, 2026
We value your privacy. This policy explains how iHave handles and protects personal information when you use the app and related services.
Item names, prices, notes, photos, and voice recordings stay on your device by default. We do not sell personal information or use your item records to build advertising profiles.
1. Scope and operator
This policy applies to the iHave mobile app, official website, and related services (together, the “Service”). The Service is operated by 上海(感悦)科技有限公司 (Shanghai SenseSpark Technology Co., Ltd.) (“we,” “us,” or “our”), registered at Room 118, Building 20, Nos. 1–42, Lane 83, Hongxiang North Road, Lin-gang Special Area, China (Shanghai) Pilot Free Trade Zone, China.
For questions about this policy or our handling of personal information, contact contact@happysense.cn. We normally respond within 15 business days.
2. Information we process
2.1 Content you create
This includes item and wish names, prices, purchase dates, categories, tags, status, notes, goals, income records, images, audio, and other content you add. It stays on your device by default and is used to provide item management, daily-cost calculations, trends, and story features.
2.2 Permissions and media
- Camera: used only when you take an item photo or scan content.
- Photo library: used only when you choose to import or save an image.
- Microphone: used only when you choose to record an audio story.
Declining a permission will not affect features that do not need it. We currently do not request contacts or precise location.
2.3 Subscriptions and transactions
Apple App Store or Google Play processes your payment. To validate purchases, manage renewals and refunds, and restore benefits, we receive product IDs, store-signed transaction IDs, subscription status, transaction times, expiration or revocation status, and a randomly generated app-account identifier. We do not receive full card numbers, payment passwords, or your Apple ID.
2.4 Operations and analytics
To keep the Service reliable and improve it, we process app version, build number, platform, feature-use and subscription-flow events, coarse count ranges, error types, and attribution source. Events queue briefly on-device and are encrypted in transit to our servers. They do not include item names, prices you enter, notes, media, complete transaction credentials, or local file paths.
3. How we use information
- Provide item management, cost calculations, wishes, trends, media stories, and membership features.
- Validate subscriptions, process renewal and refund status, restore purchases, confirm benefits, and reconcile transactions.
- Secure the Service, diagnose faults, prevent abuse, and improve performance.
- Respond to questions, complaints, privacy-rights requests, and legal duties.
If we want to use information for a purpose not described here, we will notify you and obtain consent where required by law.
4. Storage and retention
Items, wishes, and media are stored on your current device. iHave does not provide an account or cross-device sync and does not upload these records to our servers. Full-device backups may process app data according to your system settings and Apple’s or Google’s terms.
Local records remain until you delete them in the app or uninstall it. Subscription transaction and entitlement records are retained as needed to provide the Service, reconcile finances, handle disputes, and meet legal duties. Analytics events are kept only as long as necessary and cleaned up regularly. App stores also retain transaction records under their own rules.
5. Sharing, transfers, and disclosure
We do not sell your personal information. We share it only as necessary in these situations:
- When you choose or separately consent to the sharing.
- With distribution and payment platforms such as Apple and Google to support downloads, purchases, and entitlement validation.
- With security and diagnostics providers that must meet confidentiality and security obligations.
- To comply with law or judicial or administrative requests, or to protect users, the public, and our lawful interests.
If a merger, acquisition, or asset transfer occurs, we will require the new holder to follow this policy or obtain your consent again.
6. Your rights
Subject to applicable law, you may access, correct, copy, or delete personal information; withdraw consent; restrict or object to certain processing; and ask us to explain this policy. You can edit or delete local records in the app and disable permissions in system settings.
If the app does not yet offer the relevant control, email contact@happysense.cn. Withdrawing consent does not affect processing that was lawful before withdrawal.
7. Children
The Service is primarily intended for adults. Users under 18 should use it with guardian guidance; children under 14 should use it only after a guardian has reviewed and accepted any applicable special rules. If we learn that we processed a child’s personal information without guardian consent, we will promptly delete it or take other necessary action.
8. Security
We use safeguards appropriate to the risk, including least-privilege permissions, encrypted transmission, secure system credential storage, access controls, and data minimization. No internet service can guarantee absolute security. If an incident may affect your rights, we will take remedial action and give notice as required by law.
9. Changes to this policy
We may update this policy as features or laws change. We will give prominent notice of material changes in the app, on the website, or by other appropriate means, and seek consent again when legally required. The updated policy applies from its stated effective date.
